FEBRUARY NEWSLETTERRecently Charlie Faruki spoke in Cincinnati at a continuing legal education program sponsored by the Ohio CLE Institute on the subject of discovery and trial preparation. The program was titled Federal Practice and Procedure - Discovery and Trial Preparation. In addition, Jim Dearie, a 1993 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, who has just completed four years of active duty with the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps, is joining FG&I this month. Jim was on the law journal and clerked after law school with U.S. District Judge Harold Albritton of the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama.
