SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTERThis month the firm decided to make two new partners. Jeff Cox, who joined the firm in 1991, and was Editor-in-Chief of his law review, and Tom Kraemer, who joined the firm in 1992, after completing a clerkship with Judge Walter H. Rice in U.S. District Court in Dayton, will become partners in the firm effective January 1, 2000. The firm has agreed to endow a scholarship at The University of Dayton Law School. The scholarship will defray tuition expenses for students in financial need. In addition to financial need, among the criteria for the scholarship will be academic excellence.
