Jacqueline joined Faruki Ireland & Cox immediately after graduating from Indiana University School of Law, where she was a finalist in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition,
earning distinctions in the "Best Brief Writer" and "Best Oralist" categories. She served as the 2004 Chief Justice of the Sherman Minton Court program and was selected for members in
the Order of Barristers. Jacqueline continues to contribute to her alma mater's moot court program by serving as an alumni judge. During the summer of 2003, Jacqueline clerked for
the Honorable Judge John D. Tinder, then United States District Court Judge, Southern District of Indiana (now Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit).
Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePauw University, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and Mortar Board. She studied economic development and
racial reconciliation in Durban, South Africa.
Jacqueline is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Missouri, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Western District of Missouri.
She works primarily on cases involving false advertising; and employment and contractual disputes. In 2007, she was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star Super Lawyer. She is active in
the local and national legal communities through membership in the American, Ohio, and Dayton Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Thurgood Marshall Law Society and the
Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court.
Jacqueline enjoys community service. She served two terms at the helm of the Dayton Bar Association's Diversity Committee. She is currently a board member of the Legal Aid of
Western Ohio/Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, which provide high quality, civil legal services to indigent Ohioans. She is also a board member of the Montgomery County Public
Defender Commission, the entity that governs the Law Office of the Public Defender, which provides legal assistance to indigent Ohioans in the criminal justice system.
