Holt joined Faruki Ireland & Cox as an associate in 2004.  His practice has dealt with a range of commercial litigation issues, including business torts, Lanham Act claims, and disputes involving federal privacy statutes and regulations.  Prior to joining the firm, he clerked with the Marion County (Indianapolis) Prosecutor's Office and later with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC in Louisville, KY. 

As a political science major at Indiana University, Holt was a William G. Bray Scholar.  Upon graduation from the Honors College with Highest Distinction in 2001, Hedrick was honored by his professors with the Ford C. Hall award, given to the "Most Outstanding Student in the Department of Political Science." 

In law school, Holt served as the Executive Competition Coordinator for the Sherman Minton Moot Court Board during his third year and was named "Best Brief Writer" while making it to the quarterfinalist round in the prior year.  Hedrick received the CALI "High Grade" award in both Negotiations and Sports Law.

Holt is an actively involved in the Dayton Young Professionals Association, the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, and the IU Alumni Club, Dayton Chapter.  He is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  An avid sports enthusiast (especially IU basketball), Holt grew up in Rockport, Indiana, and graduated valedictorian of his class from South Spencer High School in 1997.
