A former summer clerk of the firm, Kelly joined FI&C full time in September 2009 and has participated in various aspects of the firm's litigation practice, including data security and compliance, class action defense, and other business litigation.

Kelly is a member of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court and is also a member of the American, Ohio, and Dayton Bar Associations.  Additionally, Kelly is also a member of the Dayton Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Division, Federal Practice Committee, and BarBriefs Editorial Board, which is the Association's monthly publication.  Kelly is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

At Florida State University College of Law, Kelly received highest ranking awards in Torts, Tax, and Expert Witnesses.  During law school, Kelly worked as a legal intern at law firms in Ohio and Florida.

As an undergraduate at Tiffin University, Kelly majored in Forensic Psychology.  She was also a four-year member of the Women's Golf Team, was recognized as a NAIA Scholar Athlete, and was President of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Commission.  Kelly also presented research papers at regional and national conferences.

Kelly grew up in Maria Stein, Ohio, where she graduated from Marion Local High School in 2002.
