Adam is an associate who began working at the firm in August, 2005. He is a member of the Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations, as well as the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. Adam also is a member of the New Lawyers' Committee for the Dayton Bar Association.
Adam is a 2005 graduate of The Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law at Case Western Reserve University. He authored one student note, entitled "Multi-Disciplinary Practices in a Post-Enron Era." For two years Adam served as a Student Research Assistant to Professor Jacqueline Lipton, focusing on the areas of Cyberlaw, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, and the EU Directive. While attending law school, Adam was awarded two CALI Awards for Excellence recognizing his achievements in Federal Taxation and Estate Planning and Taxation. Adam also worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Faruki Ireland & Cox, P.L.L. in 2004.
At age 14 Adam was sent to Culver Military Academy on the shores of Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana where he was a member of Battery B. He graduated from the Academy in 1997.
Adam double majored in History and Political Science as an undergraduate at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he received his B.A. in May 2001. While at Sewanee, Adam was the President of Sigma Nu Fraternity, and the Vice President of the Inter-Fraternal Council.
Adam grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and now resides in the Oregon District in Dayton, Ohio.
