Mark Sedor joined FI&C as an associate in August, 2006. He is a member of the American, Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations as well as the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court and the Dayton Bar Association Young Lawyers' Committee. Mark is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Mark was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and was a semi-finalist at the 2006 American Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Competition in New York City. During his time in law school, Mark clerked at the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office in Dayton, Ohio in 2004 and worked as a Summer Law Clerk at FI&C in 2005.
As an Undergraduate at Miami University, Mark competed on the school's mock trial team. He was an All-American member of the 2001 National Championship Team and captain of the nationally ranked 2002 and 2003 teams. He was also awarded the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Mock Trial Award in 2003 and was one of twelve Junior Economics Scholars in 2002.
Mark is from the Dayton area, and has recently returned to his high school to serve as the legal advisor for the Northmont High School Mock Trial team.
