Nick started his career with the firm in 2003 and has become involved in several complex cases involving issues ranging from securities and patent law to privacy and antitrust. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court and is active in the Young Lawyers' Committee and the Congeniality Committee with the DBA. In law school Nick was Managing Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal, participated in moot court, was an officer of the Student Bar Association, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During the summer of his second year of law school, Nick clerked at the Ohio Supreme Court for Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer.
