Cori R. Stirling has been an associate since August 2006. Cori's area of practice is complex commercial and business litigation.
Cori is involved in various legal organizations. As a member of the Dayton Bar Association, Cori is a member of the Young Lawyers Division and the Diversity Committe. In addition, Cori is a member of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, the Ohio Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Cori is actively involved in several community service projects. She is a legal advisor for the Dayton Early College Academy mock trial team, and regularly acts as a legal volunteer for various courses and extracurricular activities at the University of Dayton School of Law. Cori also serves as a volunteer mediator for the Dayton Mediation Center, where she assists members of the community in the non-adversarial resolution of disputes.
Cori did her undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with academic honors in 2003. Cori graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law, cum laude, in 2006. While at the University of Dayton, she was the overall winner of the Honorable Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition, a member of the Dayton Law Review, and received CALI awards for academic excellence in a variety of subjects, including: Torts, Legislation, Real Property, Constitutional Law, and Evidence for the Civil Litigator.
