Bruke Sullivan joined the firm as an associate in 2007, following her graduation from law school. She is a member of the American, Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations as well as the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court and the Thurgood Marshall Law Society. Bruke is also an active member of the Dayton Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the Diversity Issues Committee. Bruke is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Bruke did her undergraduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising in 2004. At UNC Chapel Hill, Bruke was a Pogue scholar and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Bruke graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2007, where she was a member of the Washington University Law Review editorial staff. While in law school, Bruke served as a research assistant and participated in the Civil Justice Clinic. As a Clinic participant, Bruke represented clients in civil hearings and served as a guardian ad litem. In addition, Bruke worked with Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts. Bruke also served as a summer law clerk for the United States Department of the Interior Solicitor's Office.
