After law school, Jeff worked as a judicial clerk for one year for The Honorable Thomas J. Meskill, United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. During that judicial clerkship, Jeff prepared bench memoranda on pending cases and prepared drafts that became published opinions.

Jeff's undergraduate degree in economics has been an invaluable asset in his practice. Many of the cases FI&C works on are complex business disputes, and Jeff is able to quickly and easily understand the nature of the transactions at issue and the financial documents in the case. In addition, many of the cases FI&C works on involve complex damages issues, and Jeff is skilled at developing and critiquing damages theories and working with economic experts.

Jeff is a member of a variety of committees and associations, including the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section), the Ohio Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association.
