Jeff has tried business litigation cases throughout the United States for more than 35 years.  Clients appreciate his ability to develop and implement strategy and his aggressive pursuit of the client’s objective.  His trial experience includes competitive litigation (trade secrets, antitrust, covenants not to compete, unfair competition and advertising); employment; class action defense; environmental and intellectual property; and securities.  Jeff is also the firm’s Managing Partner.
