Scot Ganow

Attorney

A Certified Information Privacy Professional and former chief privacy officer for Fortune 500 companies, Scot brings more than ten years of corporate experience to bear counseling clients on privacy and security matters including HIPAA, FCRA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, GLBA, as well as many state laws. He provides regulatory analysis, risk management, policy development, training, and audits. Scot also assists clients with data breach response, including litigation and regulatory enforcement actions.
