- Busken Bakery, Inc. v. Myrna Rae, LLC, et al., Case No. A1701761 (Hamilton Cty. Common Pleas Ct., Ohio) (obtained summary judgment on all claims in Cincinnati bakery’s favor in breach of contract action)
