Stephen A. Weigand

Steve’s litigation practice focuses on representing financial institutions and corporations in lawsuits involving claims alleging breach of contract, business torts, limited liability member disputes, violations of non-compete agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Steve has also defended multiple companies in adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy courts throughout Ohio and Indiana.
