- ** Jeff Cox is an invited speaker at several October events**.
- **Marty Foos led his first meeting as Chair of the Litigation Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association on September 18, 2015.**
- **Jeff Cox concluded his term as President of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on October 13, 2015;  the Chapter was awarded the Presidential Excellence Award at the FBA National Convention held in Salt Lake City in September 2015.**
