Delaney Cook Returns to Faruki PLL

CINCINNATI, OH — November 18, 2025 – Faruki PLL (Faruki) welcomes Delaney Cook back to the firm, continuing to practice in the Cincinnati office. Delaney will represent clients facing a variety of complex commercial litigation issues and business disputes.

Delaney clerked with Faruki during the summer of 2024 before graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, receiving the William Worthington Prize for Best Case Note 2025. Delaney was also a Legal Intern for the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic where she assisted small businesses with their legal needs

Delaney received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Science from Miami University.  Delaney was also a part of Division I Women's Soccer during her time at Miami.
