Faruki Attorney Morgan Napier Receives PLEDGE Recognition

DAYTON and CINCINNATI, OH —April 28, 2025 – Faruki PLL attorney Morgan Napier has been chosen to be a recipient of the PLEDGE Recognition. PLEDGE is an acronym for Promoting Lawyer Excellence & Driving Gender Equality.  The Gender Equity Task Force of the John W. Peck Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association was established in 2017, drawing attention to gender issues, but specifically to encourage women to continue in the practice of law.  PLEDGE was developed to spotlight emerging women in litigation and in the legal profession as a whole.  This Task Force believes in supporting and retaining talented women lawyers, in an effort to help them become tomorrow's leaders and supporters.

The chosen honorees were selected from a number of talented nominees, based on the nominations themselves and the following criteria:

 Women with 4-8 years of legal experience in any field of legal practice;

1. Possess some notable legal experience;
2. Demonstrate exceptional legal talent and skill;
3. Exemplify the standards and professionalism one expects from an attorney;
4. Exhibit a commitment and dedication to her workplace and/or the community; and
5. Membership in the Federal Bar Association is a plus.

When asked about her recognition, Morgan stated, "It is an honor to be selected as a recipient of this year's PLEDGE Recognition.  I am grateful to my colleagues at Faruki PLL who have not only provided me with opportunities to advance my legal skills but also celebrate and promote my professional advancements."
