Written by Faruki | October 16, 2026

CINCINNATI and DAYTON, Ohio — Faruki PLL is pleased to welcome Macy Gates-Post and Arabella Loera to the firm. Both attorneys will focus their practices on business and commercial litigation, strengthening Faruki’s litigation teams in Cincinnati and Dayton.

Gates-Post joins the firm's Cincinnati office, bringing a background in strategic communication and public relations within the legal community to her commercial litigation practice.  A graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and Butler University, she previously served in several roles with the University of Dayton Law Review.  "I'm excited to join Faruki and bring together my legal and communications experience to help clients navigate complex business disputes with practical, thoughtful guidance," said Gates-Post.

Loera joins Faruki’s Dayton office, where she will focus on complex commercial litigation and contractual disputes.  Her extensive Mock Trial and Moot Court experience, including recognition as an American Mock Trial Association All-National Outstanding Attorney and seven-time All-Regional Outstanding Attorney, has shaped her approach to advocacy.  She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she served as Chief Justice of Moot Court and Comment Editor of Law Review.  "I'm thrilled to begin my practice at Faruki and put my advocacy and legal research experience to work for clients facing challenging legal issues," said Loera.

"Macy and Arabella each bring unique experiences and perspectives that will strengthen our litigation practice," said Erin Rhinehart, Co-Managing Partner at Faruki PLL.  "Their legal training, advocacy skills and commitment to their clients make them valuable additions to the Faruki team, and we’re excited to see them grow with the firm."
