*   Charlie Faruki's article from the American Bar Association's Litigation journal, "Cross Examination That Hurts the Witness, Not You" has just been published in a book on cross-examination published by the American Bar Association.

*   Ron Rather and Scot Ganow were published in Financier Worldwide Magazine.

*   Marty Foos started a second year as Vice Chair of the Litigation Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association.

*   Scot Ganow presented to the Columbus IAPP Knowledge Net, a regional association of privacy professionals.

*   For the fourth consecutive year, FIC participated as a sponsor of a dodgeball tournament fundraiser, which was held in Washington Park near downtown Cincinnati.
