Faruki PLL seeks a corporate attorney with 3 or more years of experience in business and entity formation, corporate governance, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and federal and state tax compliance. The candidate must be able to review and draft transactional documents and negotiate complex commercial contracts. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for the firm's clients and to growing the practice.
