Charlie Faruki’s article titled “Cross-Examination That Hurts the Witness, Not You” (#17 in this list) has been selected by the American Bar Association for inclusion in a just-published book on cross examination, titled The Art of Cross-Examination: Essays From the Bench and Bar. This is the second time that the ABA has collected a compendium of articles as the best articles published in the journal, Litigation, the publication of the ABA’s Section of Litigation. The ABA previously published a volume on opening statement and closing argument, titled Jury Trials, which also included an article of Charlie’s called “Clear Openings in the Business Case” (#3 in this list). Charlie is the only author to have an article selected for both books published by the ABA.
