  • Busken Bakery, Inc. v. Myrna Rae, LLC, et al., Case No. A1701761 (Hamilton Cty. Common Pleas Ct., Ohio) (obtained summary judgment on all claims in Cincinnati bakery’s favor in breach of contract action)
  • Wysong, et al. v. Nagengast, et al., Case No. 3:17-cv-00048 (S.D. Ohio) (defended employer against claims of religious discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract)
